Rebranding and Modernizing Marketing Materials

During West’s brand transformation, one of the big marketing materials that needed to be redesigned was the Careers Booklet. This was the booklet that the hiring staff gave to potential employees at career fairs and other recruiting events so it was important to make it look inviting and insightful. Sticking with our brand guidelines and using the provided content, I organized a booklet that was easy to follow. Imagery was sprinkled into places to balance out the negative space and was positioned in a way to lead your eyes through the content. One of the challenges I ran into was organizing the content so it would fit on eight pages. Since it was a booklet, the pages had to come in fours so I used more imagery to spread the content across eight pages.
